We are rolling into our 4th Squat session out of 12 this Tuesday. Be sure to make up your sessions on the weekend if you just so happen to miss it on a Tuesday or Thursday.

We will also be doing Aroma Yin Yoga this Saturday from 10:15a-11:15a with Lora Singer.
