WODs For The Week + Week 2 Fit Team Challenge

Congrats to team RED who came out in first place after week 1 of the Fit Team Challenge.

Had a couple bumps in the road as far as scoring and movement standards go and us, the coaches want to apologize for that.

RED team 1st Place avg. weekly score – 17.45
SILVER team 2nd Place avg. weekly score – 17.7
BLUE team 3rd Place avg. weekly score – 19
Black team 4th Place avg. weekly score – 20.6

Here are the make-up workouts for the Team Challenge:
1. 10 RFT:
– 5 Push-ups
– 10 Sit-ups
– 15 Air Squats

2. 1.5 Mile Run for time.

3. Repeat of last week: 65 Burpees for time
